We are looking for witnesses/people that have received any UNSOLICITED calls or texts on cell phones by either the Culinary Institute of Virginia or ECPI University.

These unsolicited calls or texts on cell phones from the Culinary Institute of Virginia or ECPI University may be a violation of Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Anyone that has received them in the U.S. may be owed compensation.

Each violation can lead to penalties of $500.00 to $1,500.00 per call.
